In charge of the customer strategy and supporting the overall product strategy; finding the sweet spot where satisfying real customers’ needs overlap with business goals to foster to both short and the long term growth.

Hired and grow the Experience Design department up to 12 people. 
Responsible for the UX Research, Product Design and UX Content department; built a new UX Content department from scratch. 
Evolved the team working model from service providers to cross-functional collaboration.

Set the ground for Design OPS and Research OPS; in particular, introduced atomic research and created the Human Insights HUB, a central repository for customer insights that had central role in spread customer centricity mindset across the whole company.

The teams are responsible to design a coherent and holistic omnichannel experience, understanding the customer needs and their intersection between online and in store interactions.

Responsible for the Research, Product Design and UX copywriting teams for a total of 20+ people.
Fostering cross-functional lean collaboration promoting a user-centered culture inside the company, bringing together engineering, PM, marketing, and data analysts.
Driving the strategy towards solutions that satisfy real user needs and business goals looking to both short and the long term growth.

The team is responsible to create a coherent and holistic experience for our customers, stretching it beyond pure interaction with digital interfaces to include the product, service and company.
