Overhauling the design of our internal administrative portal with a focus on providing efficient tools to our internal teams, enabling us to rapidly scale the business and de-risk operational processes

Butterfly transforms complex ultrasound processes into one connected POCUS (Point of Care Ultrasound) system to help offer better, more efficient patient care.

- Worked on our enterprise product with a focus on improving clinical workflows for large hospital systems across the U.S.
- Overhauled our cloud settings to ensure IT personnel at hospitals can easily add and manage third party ultrasound devices and integrations
- Redesigned our Quality Assurance dashboard to give clinicians more relevant and usable data while ensuring the dashboard was scalable and flexible

- Worked on both the buyer and seller side of the platform with a focus on improving shipping and fulfillment workflows and providing better accuracy of shipping times to buyers
- Designed a new shipping and fulfillment workflow for Etsy sellers based in India, a new market Etsy was trying to enter
- Provided more accurate shipping times to buyers by increasing the number of listings containing a shipping mail class, validated designs through A/B testing

- Designed job search and talent recruitment tools for a two-sided market in the hospitality industry
- Collaborated with engineers and PMs to identify scalability and long term goals of a product
