After working in just about every position in IT you can find in a company and writing 13 books on software development and operating systems, I decided to focus on becoming an entrepreneur. I've worked at companies, large and small, startups and enterprises. Having been forced to take up a leadership role very early in my career, I used my dad's military experience as a model to forge my own style. I have well over 30 years of professional experience, and I have been creating software since I was 12. (That was a long time ago.) I have led teams of over 80 people and been responsible for the Software Architecture area of the largest Brazilian software company. For the past five years, I have been using no-code tools to create production software.
