Hi, I’m Mauro — a multicultural creative and brand leader with 20+ years of experience helping brands grow through storytelling, strategy, and creativity across Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East.

I currently serve as Executive Creative & Brand Director at ALAT, where I help shape the brand and creative vision of one of Saudi Arabia’s most ambitious technology and manufacturing companies. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across agencies, in-house teams, and global partnerships, building brands, launching campaigns, and leading creative teams in fast-paced international environments.

What I enjoy most is helping people navigate creative careers, leadership growth, personal branding, and the realities of working across cultures and industries. I’ve been fortunate to lead award-winning projects, build teams from the ground up, and work on large-scale brand transformations — but I also know how challenging career transitions, creative pressure, and finding your own voice can be.

Originally from Argentina, I’ve lived and worked across LATAM, Europe, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia, which has given me a broad global perspective and a deep appreciation for adaptability and human connection. I’m also passionate about sustainability and purpose-driven creativity, holding an MIT Chief Sustainability Officer certification, and outside of work I’m a PADI Scuba Instructor who loves exploration, travel, and continuous learning.
