A team of about 35 employees, including Product Managers, Designers, Researchers, Analysts, Content, and Localization, was under my management. I was in charge of the team's well-being, objectives, efficiency, and delivery.

Due to the Continuous Improvement methods I developed and the reorganisation of the team around the objectives of the product and the app's components, the team's delivery pace increased dramatically. The change to product squads with greater ownership and quicker iterations was another significant accomplishment.

The analytical team was entirely new and hired. 

The mission, vision, and a product strategy of the company were developed and leveraged to bring exceptional senior personnel on board and align people and teams.

I was in charge of a group of about 10 people. CRM Leads, CRM Managers, Product Managers, and Product Leads. 

The following important components of the business fell within the Operations team's purview: All of the applications in the company's portfolio employ the same dating matching algorithm, and the company-built CRM system is used for internal AB testing. Additionally, SDLC, templates for documentation, and reporting. Every new Product Manager would be onboarded into the organisation, and I would make sure they were familiar with the plethora of internal tools, analytical dashboards, and other resources available to them to aid in their work and increase productivity.

As the Head of Product at Badoo (before it was rebranded as Bumble), I oversaw a group of Product Leads who were each responsible for the following streams and apps: Badoo, Bumble, Chappy, Lumen, Monetization, Algorithms, and CRM. Each Product Lead was responsible for managing a team of Product Managers and other professionals to accomplish the company's goals. 

I was in charge of all product synchronisation with the business, engineering, cross-brand alignment, resource prioritisation, standard procedures and practises, hiring, firing, etc. 

Everyone and everything was in order, knew what to do, and achieved the company's objectives.

I was in charge of all Badoo's product changes, deliveries, speeds, objectives, KPIs, and features as the company's product lead. I served as the company's go-to person for inquiries about Badoo, its functionality, available metrics, etc. 

My objective was to ensure that the team of product managers working under me had a good time while working on the biggest and best dating product available at the time. I did this by delivering new, shiny features at a breakneck pace while ensuring that the best ones remained in the product and the existing ones were continuously updated, reviewed, etc. 

I am the only person in the company who is familiar with how every little aspect of Badoo functions.
