About Maxine Hess
Content Designer at Microsoft
Hi, I'm Maxine. I have over 20 years' experience as a copywriter, creative, content writer and most recently content designer. I value quality and creativity and am someone who always has the customer at the heart of what I do. I like to evoke emotions and stay ethical. I believe as writers we have the power to improve the world. I'm idealistic but also realistic. I'm proud to now be a content designer as I enjoy guiding people through software in enjoyable, elegant, easy ways. I like alliteration. I would love to help new writers find their way and find their confidence, whether in agencies or in-house in software companies. We are often quite introverted but we have so much to add to companies and to the world. Get in touch if you'd like an easygoing, empathetic chat or are feeling a little lost and need someone to help you think about options for moving ahead. I don't have all the answers but I have quite a bit of experience in a huge range of copy and content and UX jobs that I can draw from. Here to help.
