Dealing with imposter syndrome

In my current role I lead a geographically distributed team where my primary responsibilities include release planning, time bound release of mobile application for both Android and iOS along with helping facilitate engineering and testing related decision making within the team.

Contributed significantly to the successful delivery of time critical projects over the last 3 years or so. Helped shape the testing practices and methodologies for the project helping reduce the overall turnaround time and defect leakage significantly thereby leading to increased product quality.

Also acting as the onsite contact and leading a 16 member offshore team, assisting them in their day to day project activities and acting as the Scrum Master for the team.

In my current role i am responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of the project along with architecting and designing the solution.

In this role I was responsible for migrating the To-do and Agenda applications to the CalInterim API along with changes in line with UIQ 3.0. I also enhanced the rotate/resize features on the image viewer application.
