Picsart is an AI-powered creative platform offering tools for photo and video editing, digital design, and generative AI, making content creation easy for creators, marketers, and businesses.

As Design Lead, I was responsible for overseeing all assigned projects for the Brazil Design Studio Team, where I managed a team of (4) designers, lead ideation, guide creation, and ensured the successful delivery of global content (includling templates, challenges and stickers). My team delivered more than 7500 design assets in 11 months!

-  Followed and share new trends to add to the creativity of the Design Studio team.
- Communicated concepts, ideas, and share research to maintain a smooth flow of information.

At Spiti, I worked on a customer-focused team designing high performance digital communications created to support Growth Marketing. Mainly, digital creative services campaigns to craft high quality and compelling marketing materials in a variety of web banners, emails, social media, landing pages and mobile formats, using various customer communication touchpoints. 

-Actively participated in creative briefings, assist in the development and execution of creative concepts (both independently and with the team), with freedom to craft a story through my design work and determine solutions/alternatives when necessary.
- I worked on all consumer facing touchpoints for growth marketing including, but not limited to, display, social media, email, mobile, landing pages...
- Crafted compelling brand stories that were deployed across multiple channels including display, social media and CRM to support marketing efforts with the objective to raise brand awareness, drive engagement and increase subscriptions.

Dermacol is a cosmetics company originally from Prague, Czech Republic, which is bringing its operation to Brazil. I was its first collaborator in the country, where I was responsible for the marketing department, and everything related to it and the e-commerce, such as contracting marketing tools and negotiating the brand’s entrance into the most relevant marketplace channels. I was also responsible for the business partnerships, all social medias management and content, creating brand awareness to Brazilians and omnichannel customer care.

My own creative studio, where I work as a consultant and freelancer, helping brands and companies strengthen their digital presence through design and content, ultimately boosting sales.
