About Mayur Soneji
Senior Product Designer at Smartnumbers
Hi!
I've got over 7 years of experience working as a solo designer. I've progressed the majority of my career learning from others, including people I have met on this platform. I'd like to give back to the community and mentor others who would like to upskill, debate, or discuss.
My experience has allowed me to fight for what design actually means in an organisation. I have created a culture where design isn't an afterthought; it's considered part of the strategy.
I'm keen to try help wherever I can by networking, providing honest, constructive critiques to help others advance in their professional goals.
