• Responsible for messaging, positioning, and GTM for all existing and new B2B product offerings.

• Led voice of the customer program, responsible for collecting, validating, and activating customer feedback across the organization. 

• Owned all client-facing GTM strategies for a new self-service launch portal for 800+ CPG clients. 

• Created messaging, internal documentation and process, and awareness marketing in collaboration with product and SFDC leadership.

• Responsible for up to 75 Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) clients, managing in-app marketing campaigns by developing strategic, data-driven recommendations for campaigns to meet marketing objectives and KPIs.

• Influenced and lead the development of onboarding programs and training content for a client team consisting of 50+ reps which did not exist at that point. 

• Led initial conceptualization, planning, and project management of Ibotta Go, a self-serve portal designed to support a long tail strategy by supporting small business clients.
