Leading a team of Engineers to develop and maintain the enterprise software for Azqore that is used for bankers and corporate clients.

- Main responsibility is leading, building and maintaining different projects and code bases that will be used by other developers.
- Organise, maintain and develop clean and proper version control that is being used by different groups of engineers working simultaneously in different timezones.
- Ensure code quality using JSLint, peer to peer code reviews and pair programming and also ensure best practices are followed.
- Use Angular 5 and Angular JS to organise, display, sort big data from the database.
- Develop and maintain code bases to integrate with the backend solution architecture using a series of Java flow services to retrieve various information to the client.
- Develop RESTful APIs, controllers and services to be integrated to the front-end Angular application.

Leading a small team of Frontend Engineers and constantly communicating with the product owners to gather requirements and divide the task. Main responsibility to ensure the UI/UX/CX of the software is always in tip-top condition.

• Responsible for leading and coordinating the frontend team with the backend team conducting daily standups to align the team with what is completed yesterday, what is being done today and who or what is blocking them.
• Using JIRA as a project management tool, maintain a Release Control process to keep track of the features and hotfix branches that are in progress or awaiting release.
• Collect, evaluate and document requirements from product owners and users in order to develop a new feature for the software.

• Assess, upgrade and maintain the NPM Gulp build process for automated build and minification of the assets.
• Constantly upgrade and develop maintenance procedures for our automated NPM Gulp build process to make it more efficient using many various tools.

Our goal was to reach the summit of Mt Everest in summer (May) 2015 to commemorate Singapore's 50th National Day.

• Responsible for fundraising and outreach to potential sponsors and patrons. Organise presentations, talks and events to raise awareness for the team publicity.
• Plan and carry out training for the Everest expedition. Work together with the Training IC to manage and plan the training schedule for the team.
• Plan, execute and organise the 3-month long expedition for the entire Mount Everest expedition team. Taking into consideration crafting, organising and releasing media releases to the press, organising media conference with various media agencies for the team to make official statements and interact with the media.
• Plan, prepare and document the evacuation process for any emergencies.
• Coordinate and work together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the team's evacuation during the Kathmandu 2015 earthquake that took 7,000 lives in Kathmandu and a further 24 climbers at Mount Everest.
• Communicate, coordinate and organise the team's evacuation via Singapore Armed Forces C-130 military planes.
• Plan and craft press releases to the media to keep them updated about the team's progress during their expeditions and evacuation.
