She has spearheaded global hiring initiatives at tech giants like Google for over a decade, and she has also driven the successful acquisition of a fast-growing startup where she served as the Director of Recruiting, honing her skills in identifying, securing, and retaining top-tier talent.
At Google, she ascended from contractor to global staffing lead, directly supporting Sundar Pichai's direct. She drove hiring for key areas such as cloud sales, Android, and SWE technical roles.
