Hi, I'm Megan! I'm a Design Researcher currently leading research at Capital One. In the past, I worked in Nike’s innovation lab, at an innovation consultancy as an experience strategist, and before that, received my master's in Experience Design at the VCU Brandcenter.
As someone with a non-linear path into the world of UX research and innovation, I love mentoring folks who are looking to shape (or pivot) their path, and am especially passionate about helping those with "hybrid" skillsets and passions between design and research find their place.
