Hi, I'm Megha and I have over 13 years of experience across Retail organizations on both Ecommerce and Store side. I am currently leading a large team solving complex retail challenges for Walmart on the store operations side. Why I am here today - Throughout my career I have learnt every day from everyone I could - sometimes in roles I wanted to be in and other times making the best of where I was. I am here to help folks get clarity on what they could expect in the different roles in a Retail organization and how to be ready with skills required for that role/ how to get that role in the first place.
