- Led the design team on a financial service project by initiating collaboration, ensuring accountability through design and code audits, and creating a design system.

- By Developing more efficient ways of handing off to development and product teams, spearheading workshops to include user research data, and enhancing design thinking through daily design sessions the project resulted in: more accessible and intuitive designs, an increase in stakeholder alignment, and comprehensive scoping highlighting user experience for several Minimal Viable Products launches.

Created a data-driven research plan and designed iterations that enhanced the user experiences while booking a hotel through the desktop website, mobile website, and Hilton Honors native application which resulted in: the launch of several Minimal Viable Product user flows based on qualitative and quantitative research that stayed true to Hilton's branding while ensuring accessibility, feasibility, and usability.

-Audited existing healthcare portals, and designed low-fidelity wireframes, and sitemap presentations to stakeholders while iterating and prototyping cross-functionally with creative teams which resulted in: consistent branding, ADA-approved deliverables, and stakeholder alignment that spanned several pharmaceutical accounts.

Developed databases and iterated on customer journey maps that allowed Ammo Content to better understand and grow their customer reach while also ensuring compliance with media licensing regulations for various global territories that resulted in: consistent customer retention and increased profit margins for Q4.
