What mentees say
“I really enjoyed my session with Mengqi. As a junior just entered my first job with uncertainty and confusion, I gained a lot of inspiration from my conversation with her. She shared her understanding about the market, the career path of a designer, and the impact of AI from a design lead's point of view, which largely broadened my perspectives. I would really look forward to talk to her again”
“Mengqi is an incredible mentor! She took the time to understand my background, listened to my challenges, and offered constructive advice that felt both practical and inspiring. She guided me through interview prep, portfolio improvements, career strategy and shared insights on current job market.
