About Merav Cohen

Head of product design at Trustmi.ai

Hi, I'm Merav, a UX strategist and product design leader with 20+ years of experience helping startups turn complex ideas into clear, scalable products. I currently lead product design at Trustmi, a platform connecting finance and cybersecurity.

I specialize in aligning business goals with user needs, working from first mockups to full-scale design systems. Much of my career has been as an independent consultant, giving me a unique perspective on managing client relationships, navigating stakeholder dynamics, and driving results across teams and domains.

I mentor designers, guide cross-functional teams, and lead UX processes that deliver measurable impact.

As a mentor, I help designers: • Bridge the gap between UX and product execution • Work effectively in cross-functional teams • Create workflows that support clarity and growth • Navigate complex, data-heavy systems • Translate feedback into confident design decisions • Shape their portfolio and story • Move from task-based work to strategic contribution • Manage freelance work—clients, scope, and value
