Sessions with Mercedes Lugo

• Introduction to UX: Mentorship (44 min): In these sessions, we will cover fundamental UX topics, including: - What UX is and its role in product development - The definition of a product and its impact on users - The most basic UX process and its key stages - Nielsen’s 10 Usability Heuristics for effective design - Essential UX techniques aligned with different phases and goals - This session is ideal for those looking to build a strong foundation in UX design. This sessions are in spanish.
• Learn to manage your team (45 min): In these mentorship sessions, I will guide you in developing direct and clear communication skills, adapting your behavior to match the group's development stage, and harnessing various leadership styles to empower and lead by example. We'll explore the transformative power of effective leadership and how it can inspire and elevate those around you.
• Three Sessions Mentorship (30 min): Mentorship Session for Your CV, discuss your expectations, get answers to your UX/UI questions, explore career paths, and more. Here, you will work during three weeks to improve an area of your interest.
• One Session Mentorship (28 min): We will discuss a topic of your interest, like improve your CV, general chat about UX topics, resolve questions and general UX/UI Topics.
