Prodigy Finance, founded in 2007, provides educational loans to international postgraduate students using a borderless credit model based on future potential earnings.

• Rebuilt the design organisation and established best practices and rituals to support all the domains within Prodigy Finance across both web and iOS & Android applications.
• Catalysed product transformation and improved customer experience through both mentoring the design team and individual contribution
• Redesigned key moments in the loan journey, resulting in proven business impact 
• Executed pivotal research initiatives to inform marketing and product strategy
• Collaboratively developed and implemented the Prodigy Finance design system, unifying the UI and improving design productivity

Gojek, which merged with Tokopedia to form the public company GoTo, was the first Indonesian unicorn, offering services including ride-hailing, food delivery, logistics, digital payments and financial products. As of June 2020, it has about 170 million users throughout Southeast Asia.

The consumer platforms and the loyalty, partnership, and growth teams are two product groups responsible for the cohesive experience across Gojek's various services, from its homepage and chat platform to its promo page and loyalty scheme.

• Led and mentored a team of researchers responsible to drive key research project, including establishing the Information Architecture of the Gojek app 
• Led a strategic research in creating an overarching loyalty program across Gojek and Tokopedia (e-commerce platform)
• Drove the adoption of a self-serve UX research tool for the company
• Led and collaboratively created a UX research methodology handbook that serves as guidelines for researchers, designers, PMs and marketers.

• Led a team of designer, copy-writer and marketer responsible for delivering marketing campaign to acquire new GoPay PayLater users and retain existing users
• Developed value proposition for GoPay PayLater and launched the first marketing campaign outside Gojek ecosystem

The financial services team was formed in 2018 to leverage the captive user base and the wealth of transaction data within the app. One of the first products launched is GoPay Paylater, which allows users to purchase goods or services now and pay for them by the end of the month.

• Built the research function and established ways of working both internally and with other functions.
• Led and mentored a multidisciplinary team of researchers to not only discover insights but also to be active partners of our product and marketing counterparts in achieving business objectives.
• Introduced behavioural economics principles to the product, design, and marketing teams through workshops.
• Worked closely with both senior leadership of the financial services and payment teams in various 0 to 1 initiatives, including a digital bank and a paylater product.

Excellerate Labs is the innovation hub and start-up incubator of Sinar Mas Group, one of the largest conglomerates in Southeast Asia, with a significant presence in Indonesia.

• Led and managed the design team responsible for crafting digital experiences for Excellerate's fintech ventures and various Sinar Mas Group businesses
• Delivered actionable insights on user behaviour, needs, and preferences through qualitative research and data analysis, spanning financial, insurance, property, and retail sectors
• Identified product opportunities and designed service blueprints and MVPs, successfully launching a mutual fund app and an invoice financing service

• Collaboratively developed personas of niche communities in United States based on qualitative and secondary research

Heyo is a social networking app designed to connect strangers over shared interests launched in Bali and Melbourne

• Conceptualised the Heyo product experience, a social networking app to connect strangers over shared interests, and designed the overall UX and its brand identity
• Engaged in a cycle of data analysis, designing, prototyping and user testing to continuously improve the user experience
• Created a user acceptance testing checklist to ensure the app could handle required tasks in real-world scenarios
