As a mentor for the Springboard learning platform, I am dedicated to helping students achieve their goals and succeed in the field of UX design. I provide guidance and feedback on the UX Career track curriculum, ensuring that students have a solid foundation in UX practice and principles. 

In addition to technical expertise, I also offer career advice and support to help students navigate the challenges of entering the industry. I strive to provide a high level of accountability to my mentees, encouraging them to stay on track and achieve their goals. With my support, students can confidently embark on a fulfilling career in UI/UX design or innovation.

Used human-centered design and innovation frameworks to create products and services to solve problems across the organization. Recommended and introduced new methods to drive the innovation process. Managed cross-disciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and made recommendations to senior leadership, which were adopted and implemented across the hospital network. Designed, strategized, and executed user research and co-design sessions, synthesized findings, and led brainstorming sessions with multiple stakeholders to guide idea generation and conceptualization of solutions. Created scoping documents, briefs, method boards, service blueprints, and reports to manage project implementation.

As a Sr. Product Designer at Google Area 120, I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality, user-centered designs for social media digital products aimed at families. Utilizing Figma as my primary design tool, I have successfully led cross-functional teams to launch successful products and features. With a strong background in user research, prototyping, and usability testing, I am skilled at creating intuitive, user-friendly designs that meet business goals and user needs.

I worked on a contract project with the Takezo team to design, develop, and launch an e-commerce website. I led the design vision and helped to set product direction, designed new features, and overhauled the visual for product and marketing. I collaborated closely with co-founders, product managers, and the marketing team. The project involved working with stakeholders to conduct need-finding, creating a new information architecture schema and content strategy, designing sketch flow diagrams, wireframes, and mockups.

Creating user-centered designs; translating user and business needs and technical capabilities into dynamic and innovative products that provide the best possible user experience. Developing workflows, empathetic design, interaction flows, wireframes, low fidelity mock-ups, navigational flows, and high fidelity prototypes.

As an inventor with a passion for innovative design, I recently developed the concept for interactive screen-based "electronic-wearable" earrings. Using the lean startup process, I was able to bring this idea to life by designing and creating a working prototype, gathering feedback, and iterating the design process. In addition to developing the product itself, I also created an accompanying website and Pitch Deck presentation to showcase the earrings and pitch the idea to potential investors and partners.

We work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and goals, and we use our skills and expertise to create custom solutions that deliver real results. Our agency is dedicated to helping businesses of all sizes achieve their full potential through effective and innovative digital marketing strategies.

Met with franchisees to customize each location within design options. Located and negotiated with local interior furnishers for materials used at each location.
