Hello! I am Mica, a Brazilian Product Designer who has lived and worked in Brazil, Portugal and now in the UK. I have been working as a Product Designer for 6 years, but I have been a graphic designer since 2014.
I have worked in many types of organisations, from corporate to startup, from agritech to edtech, and from being the sole designer in a company to being part of a 20-designer team.
I have been seeing myself early in my career in other mentees and that's why I love mentoring - we can get through the challenges together. I am eager to help other colleagues and certainly also learn along the way :)
