Lead Product Designer at AT&T
Lead Product Designer at AT&T
I've designed software for thirty years, most of it enterprise: banks, hospitals, telecoms, GE's nuclear division, the U.S. Mint. Today I lead product design at AT&T on the tools that run network infrastructure, including a framework of AI agents that provisions and decommissions it.
I mentor designers moving into senior and lead roles. What I'm useful for: making a case study read like judgment instead of a process diagram, deciding what to cut from a portfolio, what a design lead actually does all day, and the newer problem of designing for an AI that can be wrong. I mentored 22 designers at CareerFoundry and sat on its instructor advisory board.
I grew up in Lima, Peru, and speak Spanish and English. Sessions in either. More at conscious-shell.com.
