Sports-Med entrusted me with the challenge of redefining their business approach, seeking a versatile expert in strategy, business, product, and service design. Together, we transformed the customer experience, achieving a significant short-term revenue boost and establishing Sports-Med as one of Poland's most recognized and sought-after clinics.

As part of this collaboration, I led the development and execution of a comprehensive business and product strategy, crafted new hypotheses, and conducted experiments to refine our approach. I also designed a new website, ensured front-end quality through meticulous QA, and played a key role in the clinic’s rebranding process.

Product designer at Movade (UX & Product Design Studio) specializing in Monthly Design Sprints, Gdańsk, Poland. I worked with a couple of the biggest Polish organizations like Asseco. Conducting research, interviews and workshops.

Foody24 is a diet catering working in Gdansk, Gdynia, Sopot in Poland. First Samurai diet in Pomerania area. Co-founder / Co-owner / Operations Manager. I designed the whole brand, website, all marketing media, and customer experience.

Moreover, I managed around 20 people working in catering, marketing, logistics and all around the organization. Delivering 150 bags daily and cooking more than 600 meals a day.
