I have been a product manager, consultant, general manager, strategy leader, advisor, executive and co-founder across several industries, organisations, business models and operating models. I have worked with global scale, iconic brands, with small, local ventures, and with legacy organisations.
I have built my professional experience this way because product leadership goes far beyond building software, or following best practices. It requires a clear and close understanding of how to set up, run and evolve ventures. I have learned how to make good decisions in a wide range of contexts and conditions.
