Hey there! I'm Mike and I've been an Instructional Designer within multiple Learning & Development teams for roughly 10 years now. Over the course of that time, I've honed my craft of combining elements of compassionate coaching with my love for expressing my creativity in multiple mediums. This has allowed me to develop content, facilitate training sessions, and create high-visibility presentations for large-scale projects and even high-level members of senior leadership. I also generally have a wealth of professional and personal life experience that I try and leverage to help people however I can!
