Leadership: Worked with other people managers and director in team to craft a new story and set new product lines and direction after a change in team’s original product set. Provided guidance and coached career advancement and growth for team.

Execution: Led a team guiding product design and user experience for tools geared towards colleagues and care teams across 200+ centers nationwide. Led experience designers and researchers to develop tools for both internal use for reporting and data analysis, optimal transport of patients to and from care centers. Product design leader for six internal products.

Mentorship: Active participant and mentor in CVS Enterprise Mentoring and Leadership Circles programs. Crafted a presentation series for designers tailored towards effective presentation with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.

Led experience design for application management, user management, documentation and notification center modules within a new Integrated Engineer's Portal (IEP) to 10x productivity for 57k engineers, managing and guiding a distributed team of 10 (US/UK).

Hands-on director of product design for a 250-person company, leading a lean team providing continuous improvement for three product lines affecting 85% of $100M revenue.

Reduced product purchase flow from 43 steps to 12; presented UX insights to executive leadership.

Led full rebrand, redesign and buildout of a SaaS-based project management application company’s marketing website, brand persona and identity system.

Brainstormed, designed, and built high-impact, rich media campaigns from initiation to post-live maintenance. Collaborated with multiple teams to launch initial ad products/executions for Kindle, Kindle Fire, iOS and Android.

Maximized revenue potential (in collaboration with editorial team) by cross-campaigning with Amazon.
