I Joined RentSpree as Chief Experience Officer (CXO), responsible for the entire UX department (UXD, UXR, and UXW). Founded in 2016, RentSpree is an award-winning rental software known in all 50 US states for its easy-to-use tenant screening process, renter management, partnership program, and rental screening API. In just five years, RentSpree has grown its customer base by partnering with some of the most trusted names in real estate and serves over 3 million agents, owners, and renters across the country.

• Responsible for the entire UX department, including User Experience Design (UXD), User Experience Research (UXR), and UX Writing (UXW).
• Oversee brand and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective campaigns.
• Built and managed a high-performing team of product designers, researchers, and content writers.
