At Ame Digital, Michel Lent was a key member of the senior executive team, overseeing a diverse group of more than 70 professionals across branding, media, CRM, user experience, and the Mundo Ame loyalty program. His primary responsibilities included overhauling the media performance modeling, refining channel attribution, optimizing acquisition costs, and redefining the product strategy and brand positioning.

Key Achievements:
•	Developed and implemented a comprehensive framework for attribution metrics and acquisition cost analysis.
•	Orchestrated the highly successful Black Friday campaign in 2022.
•	Conducted a thorough reassessment of sponsorship strategies and brand investment allocations.

Reporting directly to the executive committee and stakeholders, Michel Lent spearheaded the restructure of the marketing, corporate communication, and user experience divisions. His leadership was pivotal in synchronizing the bank's strategic direction and its rebranding initiatives, undertaken in collaboration with Ana Couto Branding studio, in preparation for the company's initial public offering (IPO) on the B3, Brazil's main stock exchange.

Within his team, Lent managed specialists tasked with content creation, advertising campaigns, media planning, customer acquisition tactics, media relations, and the development of digital offerings, encompassing both websites and mobile applications.

The agency, renowned for its digital-centric ethos, was committed to tackling business and communication challenges with solutions not confined to any single platform. Its portfolio of esteemed clients included industry giants such as B2W Americanas.com, Submarino, Shoptime, Imovelweb, and Ancar.

With an extensive professional background spanning nearly 30 years, I have dedicated part of my time over the past decade to serving as a business advisor to companies and entrepreneurs. Michel Lent was at the helm of developing, executing, and overseeing the profit and loss (P&L) for the agency's operations, which had its roots in San Francisco, USA, and was a part of Grupo Abc.

In a dynamic market landscape, I played a pivotal role in steering the company through a period of significant transformation and growth. As a strategic leader, my focus was on reshaping our business approach and enhancing our visibility in the marketplace.

•	As part of the Executive Board, I spearheaded the company's repositioning, crafting a new business strategy and elevating our market communication to new heights.
•	I was deeply involved in the group's reorganization post-acquisition, integrating several companies and culminating in a unified team of over 200 professionals spread across five offices in Brazil.
•	I took the helm of the marketing division, managing planning, content, and interface initiatives with a dedicated team of 40 individuals.
•	My strategic direction was crucial in the successful rebranding of our brand, setting up robust communication channels that enhanced our group's market engagement.
•	I played a key role in establishing the creative business planning team, setting the stage for innovative growth and development.

At the forefront of industry innovation and organizational change, I have had the opportunity to guide significant transitions and foster integration within leading agencies. My strategic vision and leadership were instrumental in not only navigating these changes but also in driving the company towards a globally recognized creative powerhouse.

•	I was the driving force behind the successful merger of Ogilvy Interactive with 10'Minutos, overseeing the emergence of a vibrant organization that boasted a 110-strong workforce across three cities.
•	I led the challenging integration of offline and online advertising departments, ensuring seamless collaboration between creative, client service, planning, and production teams.
•	My leadership was central to the evolution of Ogilvy Brasil into an agency celebrated for its creativity on the world stage, with my team's efforts being honored at international festivals, including the prestigious Cannes Lions.

Starting from scratch, with no clients or revenue to speak of, I took the company from a mere concept on paper to a thriving entity. This journey required not only a clear vision but also a strategic execution that involved building the company's operations from the ground up. My role was pivotal in every step, from initial client acquisition to financial stability, and eventually leading to a significant merger and acquisition (M&A) deal with an international communications group.

Key Achievements:
•	I was instrumental in securing and nurturing relationships with major clients, propelling our agency to the forefront of the digital marketing industry. Our client roster grew to include prominent names such as Coca-Cola, Banco Real, Banco Santander, and 20th Century Fox, which was a direct result of our innovative approach and commitment to delivering measurable results.
•	My leadership in 2009 was crucial as I guided the agency through a seamless merger with the Ogilvy group. This strategic alliance not only expanded our market presence but also validated the agency's success, marking a crowning achievement in our history and setting a new course for our future endeavors.
