About Michela

Designer For The Web | Cross Cultural Design Advocate at Nebulab

Hi, I’m Michela 👋 an experienced UI/UX designer with 15+ years in tech, and I love helping people find their footing in design, whether you’re just starting out or shifting into a new phase of your career. I’ve worked across both design and development, so I get how tricky it can be to bridge those worlds, and I’m here to help you do it with more confidence and less friction. I also care a lot about how teams work together, especially across cultures and disciplines. Because great design doesn’t happen in a silo — it grows from real conversation, empathy, and clarity. If you’re looking for a sounding board on e-commerce, cross-cultural design, or just how to navigate your next step, I’m here to listen and help you think it through.
