Hi, I'm Michele. I’m a certified UX designer and researcher with over 10 years of experience leading design and usability across SaaS platforms and global markets. My background bridges design, research, and engineering, which makes me especially skilled at communicating across cross-functional teams and guiding others to do the same.
Throughout my career, I’ve mentored junior designers, led accessibility and AI-integrated research initiatives, and built robust design systems. I’m passionate about helping others grow, whether they're polishing a portfolio, running their first usability test, or navigating stakeholder conversations.
I’ve worked in both the U.S. and Europe and enjoy supporting mentees with a global or cross-cultural focus. I am bilingual in English and French.
