Interested to support current UX Researchers at any stage, especially early career folks in their first few roles or interested in transitioning to a senior role. Especially open to folks who are part of historically underrepresented communities.
I am also happy to mentor product or design folks who are running research without the support of an in-house user researcher.
For folks transitioning in to UXR or job seeking, I would recommend seeking a different mentor, specifically one who has recently secured their first role (as they can tell you more about what helped them succeed in this market) and/or a mentor who is currently or has recently hired in this market.
