Facilitate cross-functional team alignment across commercial, product and delivery teams with dependency tracking and highlighting gaps and risk mitigation in large scale program across 5 markets (SG, MY, TH, PH, HK). Drive effective executive level stakeholder alignment and identification of change management initiatives to map benefits to value. 

Alignment and streamlining of cost efficiency initiatives resulting in $1.5m savings. 

Streamline product development through simplification of business processes, tooling and focused attention on key metrics maintaining a strategic lens and driving prioritisation on prioritised initiatives driving strategic alignment and cost efficiency. 

Developed market research insights for claims and healthcare fraud, waste and abuse buyer and user mapping focused on identifying operational gaps and collaborating with the team to build out the full tool and service to enable value tracking and audit effectively. 

Maintain a pulse of organisational culture across teams and collaborate with People and Culture to develop upskilling plans and resources. Enable stronger cross-product facilitation by mapping common customer pain points across entire claims journey and connecting work outcomes from Marketing, Product and Commercial teams.

I worked closely with the Co-Founders to develop and execution the product strategy and risk platform with continuous customer validation and sales demonstration calls. During this role, I validated user profiles and journeys enabling the focus on the right feature development and user journey flow. Through competitive teardown research, pricing analysis and engagement with the network, we were able to iteratively develop and improve the product.  Extensive work was also developed on the website information architecture, positioning and marketing development, I was able to help position the brand presence and work with early customers on improving features continuously. I also worked collaboratively with the head of engineering to continuously uncover new features in a virtuous feedback loop from customer interactions and post-sales engagement.

I enrolled as a Founder in the Antler startup program in Cohort 8 focused on developing a HR Tech solution that enables mid-career professionals to break free from the traditional hiring checklist of skills by enabling people to work on specific projects to showcase their capability before committing to a role.

As an ADPList mentor, I volunteer my time helping people interested in transitioning into Product Management careers especially people who switch mid-career.

Streamlined operations for AXA Singapore in a multi-million dollar 3 year Simplification Program leading 4 project pillars to drive communications, policy servicing and payments fully digital and creation of an online financial needs analysis tool. Created the target operating model across multiple key moments of truth and articulated the to-be state across key customer moments of truth, resulting in cost savings of over $1m-$3m and an increase in NPS for life insurance customers of +15%.

Led the vision, feature development and product marketing for MyAXA Mobile Application and AXA Website and Social Media Channels in Singapore. As Senior Product Manager for MyAXA mobile app, I grew the user base to over 120k users with the strongest usage in fund switching, filing of claims and medical panel reference.  I championed and led the end to end policy servicing via the mobile app with minimal manual intervention with over 65% customers filing a claim via the app with a rating of 4 out of 6. Through the role, I also helped to drive the integration of the Employee Benefits proposition in MyAXA with the introduction of AXA BetterMe flexible benefits, third party integration with teleconsultation and fitness partners. 

As the owner of MyAXA with the additional responsibility of marketing across the owned digital channels, I led the health campaigns, creating our social channels in 2017 and collaborating in the Movember run 2018 for Singapore Cancer Society and SportCares.  As the champion of the first agile project in AXA Singapore, I also created and led the AXA HAXATHON in collaboration with our Summer Internship Program in 2018 which saw the winning idea of a distribution portal that was to eventually become our AXA One platform used across all of our life distribution network. This also led to design thinking sessions with distribution and a strong partnership collaborating across AXA One and MyAXA portals.

I transformed the 3 Stripes Loyalty program by adapting and enhancing the loyalty tiers and increased membership base by 20% and drove strong partnerships with channel distributors. I also partnered with colleagues in e-commerce to drive the omnichannel strategy and focus allocation of budget from visual in-store merchandising to online distribution and a better merchandising strategy.

In this role, I was part of the main regional brand marketing team helping to translate and build compelling regional brand campaigns to enable the sales of the BSH portfolio of products including Bosch, Siemens and Gaggenau in APAC. This included a regional washer launch in India leveraging market research and adaptation to local market habits and extensive competitor analysis. Working closely with Product managers, we were able to leverage consumer digital marketing research habits to increase awareness by 30% for the washer dryer series, resulting in 10-15% sales uplift across our distribution channels. I was also able to facilitate regional marketing and CRM workshops with regional CEOs and BSH Headquarters to drive the adoption of better online marketing campaigns, driving an integrated omnichannel approach for stronger through the line communications.

I oversaw the regional roll-out of the new CRM system and email marketing capability across APAC including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, India and Thailand. This CRM capability enabled better cost savings and effective brand marketing initiatives with the launch of the regional washer campaign in India that created an uplift in sales of 15%.

Across my career, I moved from Marketing in retail and consumer electronics after 10 years to Product Management in Financial Services. Not satisfied with driving further impact, I pushed myself to progress into managing a program enabling over $1.5m in savings and doing zero to 1 product management in a startup focused on cybersecurity. Each of my career changes involved identifying my transferable skills and leveraging these skills while learning new domains and taking courses or learning from peers and colleagues. In my most recent role helping to execute upon and design a new target operating model as a Chief of Staff, I helped to restructure and streamline teams, focus the articulation of product manager, engineering lead and delivery lead roles and embed a new way of working in the organization to drive stronger accountability and profitability.
