I’m a Conversational AI and AI Product specialist with 9+ years of experience designing and scaling enterprise AI assistants.
An engineer by degree, I’ve worked across product strategy, solution design, and UX for organizations such as the Conversation Design Institute and Jio Haptik, one of the world’s largest conversational AI companies.
Currently, I’m the Product Owner for AI at ADCB, leading Conversational AI design and development initiatives across the bank. Previously, I worked with the Conversation Design Institute Services team in Amsterdam, helping enterprises establish and scale their Conversational AI product strategy.
Since 2017, I’ve designed over 100 virtual assistants, founded the Conversation Design team at Jio Haptik, authored playbooks on virtual assistant design, and helped organizations build AI experiences that feel genuinely human. I also enjoy mentoring emerging designers and evangelizing the growing AI space in the UAE.
