I'm Michelle, and I’ve spent the last 8 years of my life growing bootstrapped and venture backed startups.

I’ve launched an insurance company, and scaled everything from accounting software to AI tennis systems used by Serena Williams' coach.

I’m also the Founder and Managing Director of Demand Conversion.

We do demand generation and sales enablement for B2B SaaS companies.

I've worked with a lot channels and grown them from scratch with very small budgets. For example, I’ve grown paid channels from $0 to $6 figure budgets, I’ve grown organic audiences with no paid spending from 0-hundreds of thousands with viral reels, started successful podcasts, so I’ve got hands on experience on what’s involved to build something from the ground up and scale it.

I'm very data-driven and I always recommend a disciplined approach towards marketing.
