We believe everyone should be able to ride the life they want, whatever happens. To help 1 billion people get professionally coached, we have created Wave, the Infinite Coach. Wave is the first coach that is infinitely knowledgeable, available, and yours (tailored to all your needs). That’s how Wave helps you grow infinitely at work and in life.

How do we do that?
- We are creating the first coaching automated intelligence, a unique technology, that brings out the best of human intelligence and data.
- We have united a great team since 2020 around 3 core values: Watch the Horizon, Ride big, and Kiffing together.

Designed a life-changing product with a dream team. Designed every pixels, product foundations, systems, interactions while often stretching in other areas as the 2nd employee.

Wave was born, to finally make professional coaching accessible for all. Successfully transitioned from a live coaching service run solo by Adri to a fully asynchronous coaching supported by a team of humans and supported by AI.

Successfully helped 100+ scale-up CEOs across the world meet their personal growth objectives with +90 NPS.

Helped the NGO to create Briser La Chaine in partnership with the French medical care insurance during the COVID pandemic.
