∙ Direct global research strategy across 3 countries, deploying mixed-methods systems (qualitative, quantitative, Computational Behavioral Analysis) to generate organizational-level insights that drive product strategy, roadmap decisions, and C-level targeting.

Partnered with the VP of Design to establish the first structured research agenda across 21 digital products spanning retail banking, digital payments, corporate investment, and wholesale — coordinating across 20 designers and 4 digital tribes in the UAE and MENAP regions, with a dual mandate: build a governance model for research priorities and operationalize UX research ops across the organization.

Directed three simultaneous global UX research programs (TankMix, AntFarm, and an R&D partnership evaluation) across 12 regions in Europe and Asia, each at a different phase of product maturity. Coordinated across incubation, product, agronomy, and engineering teams — maintaining strategic alignment without centralizing decision-making across distributed, cross-functional stakeholders.
