I am passionate about products and have decided to shift my focus towards them. Using our customers' data, my goal is to help shape better products for the future and enable companies to innovate quickly. At OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC), I contribute by helping product teams understand how our users utilize our product, identify use cases, and anticipate the future of three key areas: Identity, Governance, and Application Development. This enables our customers to scale, govern, and provide an exceptional user experience when using our product.

*Responsible for defining and creating the Professional Services offer and the Go-To-Market strategy for 2022. 
* Align with Product Marketing, Product Management & Professional Services teams the Go-To-Market strategy of 2022
* Responsible for defining & creating the Digital Transformation journey offering aligned with our Professional Services Practices Heads & Solution Delivery Managers based on our partner's & Customers' needs in the different adoption phases of our OutSystems Platform.
* Transform training offering to be focused on use-cases to help developers achieve faster their learning curve

* Responsible for creating an innovative development offering and connecting that offer over customer value and opportunities
* Responsible to create an Internal Development Community conducting best practices, Events, Ramp-ups, and ensuring the development quality.
* Responsible for creating the bridge between Professional Services and our Product teams by identifying the Product Gaps and organizing all the field feedback.
* Responsible to create and conducting different Labs between the Product teams, Professional Services, and our Customers or Partners.
 * Responsible for defining the Professional Services Development activities/initiatives for the current year.
* Responsible for our Development Team at Professional Services that include, Front-End, Mobile, Native Mobile, and Back-End developers and ensure they have the right tools and the right knowledge to deliver great products to our customers and partners. (Around 30 people)

* Responsible for lead our Front-End, Mobile, and Native mobile team at Professional Services. (around 12 people)
* Responsible for ensuring best practices and the quality of our services for our Customers and Partners.
* Responsible for our catalog offer regarding Front-End and Mobile Services.
* Go-to-person for complex engagements with customers or partners.
* Responsible for creating the bridge between product teams and Professional Services by sharing our customer needs.
* Resposnible to ensure the growth of our developers in terms of technical skills.

* Deliver all type of services to our customers around Front-End & Mobile with OutSystems platform.
* Travel across the globe (more than 25 countries) helping customers succeded great user experiences with the OutSystems platform

Delivered a solution that supports Health Care institutions managing the complete life cycle of their patients. It is tailored to the Kuwait market and manages non-clinical information: patient demographics, scheduling, order management, billing.

Also, building a mobile application that provides a state-of-the-art care experience to patients is comfortable, easy, and secure, allowing each patient to manage appointments, interact with healthcare providers, simplify prescription renewal and maintain the Personal Health Record (PHR) available at all times. Sapphire Care also provides a communication platform to engage with your patients.

Responsible for the maintenance and development of all the OutSystems applications in Cofidis Portugal.

Project Scope: (Financial/Law Sector)
Creating an application for credit recovery for a law society. The applications allows you to receive
bank files, analyzes them and contact the customer to change the state's failure to comply credit to a normal state. Resolve court procedures and update bank database.
