Hey everyone! My entire career has been in consumer product design with 15 years in UX and my first 6 years in product management.
I focus on people, product, and process in that order. I've managed since 2013, have had teams as large as 15, have promoted a ton, and have hired even more! While at Amazon, I've changed my focus from the quality of what we ship to the quality of the people we work with. If you hire great people, support their careers and passions, and give them the right time and space, you'll get a great product as well.
My design focus leans a bit more technical: prototyping, design systems, interaction design, and especially device-specific design. I've been in the smartphone space since 2003 and have been the lead for designing for the living room since 2018.
