About Mike Mai

Associate Director, Accessibility & Design Systems at Code and Theory

I am a creative technologist who has been designing professionally for 20+ years. With a BFA in graphic design, I possess the mindset and skills of a traditional designer with a great passion for typography. As an accomplished designer, I have been featured in design magazines and books. I've also given talks about some of my design projects. My recent years have been heavily focused on web accessibility. My goal is to continue to mentor and educate designers and developers on accessible design. Accessibility is not a feature, it is a right. The web should be for everyone to enjoy.
