- Launched the cloud research service from scratch
- I combine the role of an expert, methodologist, manager and founder of the service
- Acted as a manager on more than 200 projects
- Assembled a team of 110 remote researchers
- Created workflows for projects
- Created artifacts for each type of projects
- I carry out methodological control on all projects

- I have assembled a UXlab team of 20 researchers, now there is a researcher in every product line, more than 6000 respodents pass through us a year
- I have prepared a competence map and an individual development plan for the whole team, we have a very low outflow rate of researchers and many guys have grown in my department from an intern to a leading researcher
- Organized an internal agency to search for respondents (15 people in the Support team). As a result, we reduced the cost of recruiting by 2 times and qualitatively improved the speed and efficiency
- Together with the PMA department, we organized the discovery process and a double diamond for the entire company
- Conducted more than 100 interviews on hiring product managers. Conducted more than 200 interviews on hiring researchers. Result: 20 people are now in the research team (I hired 31 in total) and more than 90 researchers in the Cloud Research team of external freelancers (see link below)
- I gathered a community of Cloud Research freelancers in Russia and the CIS, which made it possible to expand the resource of my team, increase the bandwidth of Discovery. We have done more than 50 projects for Avito and more than 70 projects for other companies with their help. 
- Implemented software in our services for monitoring, surveys and unmoderated tests (Appsee, UXCrowd, SbS YandexToloka, UXFeedback)
- Сonducted 3 internship programs for last 3 years, in 2021 we had 150 applications and as a result we took 7 interns to the department
- I constantly speak and write articles, telling about the processes, approaches and results of our team. In total, I was a speaker at more than 15 conferences and in 5 podcasts. Participant of the ProducSense, ProductCamp, ProfsoUX, WUD, CXForum, DesignWeekend, etc. 
- Developed the author's course "Usability and interview" - conducted it 4 times in Avito, taught it 3 times for external teams. I was also a teacher at the courses of BinaryDistrict

- Working with in-house customers to understand business needs and to craft UX research solutions
- Analyze the target audience, create a participant's profile
- Monitoring the participant recruiting process
- Development of methodologies screener surveys for identifying clients’ target users
- Developing test methodology – hypothesis, test design and test scenario (familiar with usability test, interview, deep interview, playtest, focus group, cultural probs, surveys, biometrics)
- Consulting with clients on the development of prototypes for testing
- Managing technical setup for in-person labs
- Moderating remote (Zoom) and in-person user experience research studies
- Analyzing the research findings
- Developing reports based on research findings and recommendations
- Presenting to executives
- Keeping projects on schedule and within scope and budget

Depend on the project and my teammates experience I work as researcher or as supervisor.

— Conducted 70+ strategic, tactical, and evaluative studies using a wide range of different methods (interviews, tests, surveys, design sprints, benchmarking)
— Guided multi-method comparative research resulting in product roadmapping and improvement of key metrics
— Built partnerships with teams across the organization with a variety of disciplines (analysts, designers, developers, market researchers, product managers, etc.) to generate insights which deeply impact the trajectory of the product work
— Tailored and communicated research insights and recommendations to multiple levels of the organisation in creative ways that drive impact
— Supported research for site and apps (DAU≈14 mln)
— Coordinated formative research to redesign data presentation of items in different product verticals resulting in buyers' increase
— Collaborated with Design and Product Management on quarterly prioritizations
— Raised awareness on different research methods, advocated for user research and overall evidence-based approach within the domain and the organization in general
