I spearheaded the design team, orchestrating the creation of captivating websites and web applications. My communication with product owners and development teams was seamlessly executed within an agile workflow, ensuring optimal collaboration and efficiency. ✦ I boosted work efficiency for Teia's employees, achieving a remarkable 200% increase, through the implementation of a validated web application designed using the design thinking methodology.

✦ I improved work efficiency for users of Robidus, the leading social security service in The Netherlands, by an outstanding 250% through the creation of an ecosystem comprising various web apps, mobile apps, and websites, all developed using the design thinking methodology.

✦ I optimised multiple corporate websites such as Rebels, Q-GRP, Qonnections and Qomploant boosting their sales funnels, upgrading branding, adjusting informational architecture, and leveraging no-code tools like Webflow.

I was responsible for leading the design team on complex projects, collaborating with product management, development, and visual designers to implement innovative design solutions. Additionally, I mentored junior designers and students, created data-driven wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications. I conducted user research and usability testing to validate design decisions, developed design systems and style guides for efficiency and consistency, and had a strong focus on understanding both business and user needs. Moreover, I utilized Webflow to develop websites.

Next Level Play is a dynamic and innovative esports platform dedicated to revolutionising the gaming industry. It serves as a nexus for gamers, teams, and sponsors, fostering an ecosystem that empowers aspiring players and improves the esports experience. I am responsible for the product when it comes to design ,frontend development and growth.

As a UX/UI designer in a small team, I collaborated with a UX researcher, visual designers, and a design lead. My focus was on developing intricate web and mobile applications, along with informational websites. I led UX/UI projects and provided mentorship to fellow designers.

✦ Attracted investors and increased organic traffic for One Planet Crowd, a sustainable investment listing platform. Enhanced user experience, restructured information architecture, refined the user interface, and optimized the website for SEO through a comprehensive redesign.

✦ Promoted global sustainability at Packback by designing an impactful system for reusable packaging. Implemented smart technological solutions, designed an efficient and validated user interface for a smart bin, and considered user flow interaction with the device.

✦ Implemented significant UX improvements for Alan Walker's branded forum website, enhancing overall user experience and engagement on the platform.
