     Our architecture involves bringing the main open source tools on the market to the Azure environment.

I worked, for 6 months, as part of the staff in a local business in the Cauca valley of Colombia, a farm project called Mayapurita whose purpose is helping people to connect with themselves and with nature through music, yoga, meditation and healthy food and the main revenue came from paying volunteers.

I was in charge of Finance and Customer Relationships. During my time there, the results I gave was:
- Trebled the number of volunteers in two months;
- The average staying days of volunteers and guests increase from 4 days to 2 weeks;

My mission was to help the company to be more efficient in the use of data to create their Digital Products.

● Started as responsible for the Operational Efficiency Team and left the company as COO.
● General role was to "get things done", mapping the company's operational issues and problems to solve them.

As a Quantitative Specialist in the Regulatory Capital team, I was responsible for:

• The ICAAP report:
 - reformulated, with the help of several departments, the report to cover all the regulatory requirements;
- within the Regulatory Capital team I developed a model for contagion, counterpart credit risk and the capital planning model. I also implemented the Regulatory Capital stress test.

• Interest Rate Risk for Banking Book modelling: Validation of the data used to calculate this risk. Review of the current model and implementation of chances in the stress test model.

• Problem solving and process optimization:  
   Automation of data validation and cleansing process used to calculate the Regulatory Capital, reducing this daily operation from the initial 6 hours to 20 minutes;
   Optimization and automation of the process to calculate the Interest Rate Risk, reducing this monthly process from the initial 2 days to 30 minutes;
   Optimization and automation of the monthly Market Risk Report, reducing the time necessary to produce this report from 1 day to 10 minutes.

While at BTG, I developed a project to increase the number of women leaders in the company which won the support of several leaders, including the CEO, André Esteves.

Stone is a Brazilian Acquirer. I joined the company at ground stage, when it was a pre-operational start-up. 
My mandate was to structure the risk area, which included the credit, liquid and fraud risk.I was responsible for:
 • Management of the credit risk and fraud prevention areas 
 • Building the operational processes;
 • Development of the risk management policy;
 • Development, jointly with the Commercial and Strategy Teams, of the fraud prevention products for customers;
 • Development of mathematical and statistical models for clients credit risk analysis.
