Hi, I’m Mina — a Product Designer with 6+ years of experience designing digital products across FinTech, telecom, media, and emerging AI-enabled products. I’ve worked across the full product design process, from user research and early product thinking to UX/UI, interaction design, prototyping, usability testing, and working with product and engineering teams to bring ideas into real products. Alongside my design work, I’ve taught UX/UI and mentored emerging designers. I especially enjoy helping designers make sense of the parts that can feel messy: structuring a case study, explaining the thinking behind their decisions, improving a portfolio, preparing for interviews, or figuring out what to do next in their career. My mentoring style is practical and straightforward. I won’t just tell you that something “looks good” — we’ll look at what’s working, what isn’t, and why. My goal is to help you communicate your thinking clearly and make decisions you can actually defend. My work has received international recognition, including the A’ Design Award and European Product Design Award (EPDA), and I hold a Master’s degree in Design Management from Birmingham City University. • UX / Product Portfolio & Career Guidance (30 min): This session is focused on portfolio review and career direction for UX / Product Designers. We can cover: • Portfolio structure and storytelling • Case study clarity and depth • Career direction (UX, Product, Design Strategy) • Strengths, gaps, and next steps • Interview and hiring expectations I’ll tailor the session based on your experience level and goals. You’re welcome to share your portfolio or questions in advance.
• Project Feedback & Design Critique (60 min): This session is focused on getting clear, actionable feedback on your design projects. We’ll review your work together and talk about: Strengths and weaknesses of your project UX and product thinking behind your decisions How to improve clarity, structure, and impact What to refine before interviews, portfolios, or submissions This session is ideal if you already have a project and want honest, practical feedback, not generic advice. *Please share your project at least 24 hours before the session so I can review it properly.
• Design Competition Mentorship (5-Week Program) (60 min): This session is for designers preparing projects for international design competitions such as A’ Design, IDA, iF, Red Dot, and similar awards. We’ll focus on: • Evaluating your project against competition criteria • Strengthening concept clarity and storytelling • Identifying gaps judges usually notice • Improving presentation structure (not visuals only) • Positioning your project for higher chances of recognition Please share your project, category, and target competition at least 48 hours in advance. *This session is especially suitable for designers preparing projects for international design competitions.
