My role as an Agile Coach involves a structured approach guiding teams through an Agile transformation journey. This process is divided into structured phases
Organization Discovery Phase AS-IS
This phase is mainly focuses on uncovering the real challenges of the organization from achieving business agility
Organization Alignment TO-BE
- On Organization Level
    - As an agile coach, I should be helping in forming a clear plan to enable these teams to move from AS-IS state to TO-BE.
    - This strategy should consider all the business continuity/survivability aspects.
    - We must foster customer-centric mindset and keep a stable business growth when we think about the short term goals
    - We should be helping to clarify the organization strategy in a consumable format (OKRs, Product Roadmaps, Milestones). In order to avoid vagueness and blurry visions.
    - We should be facilitating the mission and goals that achieve the vision by leveraging suitable agile approaches and frameworks
- On Teams Level
    - We should be considering the needed trainings and workshops to cover any skill-set gaps within team members
    - We should have clear ways of working models like; Scrum, Kanban, XP, ScrumBan, Hybrid, Or even SAFe depending on the team’s size and complexity of their missions.
    - We should be helping is setting clear RACI metrics that smoothen daily activities between team members as well as different business units
    - We should be recommending the proper tooling as a part of bringing visibility to all stakeholders like; JIRA, Atlassian, DevOps Azure, Click Up.
    - Connecting teams to business goals is a great reflection of lean management to eliminate waste of workforce.

Agile Coach role within in Technology Teams
*Facilitate and manage road mapping, sprint planning sessions, daily scrums, retrospectives, and scrum reviews 
*Mentor squads on agile techniques like estimation, planning, story mapping and guide them to stay on track with best practiced agile methodologies
*Facilitate learning and development environment through individuals and teams coaching activities
*Demonstrate/embrace willingness to listen and explore challenges with squads
*Providing data-driven/informed evidences to product managers so they can adopt it in their product roadmaps
