In my role as Senior UX Researcher with an expert knowledge of UX/UI Design at Bayer, I am dedicated to optimize the user experience of our crop-science software development. My main task is to understand the requirements of different end-users and stakeholders in order to conduct extensive research and gather valuable insights and prerequisites. My goal is to make end-user work easier, more convenient, and more efficient by developing advanced systems that streamline processes and automate tasks. As part of a cross-functional team, I collaborate on the development of software tools that benefit both end-users and the business itself. As a UX Advocate, I am committed to embedding the importance of user-centric approaches and mindsets throughout the organization. My overall goal is to maximize user satisfaction and drive innovation in Bayer's software solutions
