Hi there! I’m a Design Operations Manager with 10+ years of experience in cross-functional design and marketing teams. I specialize in helping designers and design-adjacent folks navigate the messy middle: from collaborating with other teams (marketing, content, BD) to building scalable workflows and managing team bandwidth.
If you’re stepping into a leadership role for the first time, or you’re trying to make your team more efficient (and less chaotic), I can help you: Structure your design team and task intake Improve communication with non-design stakeholders Set up simple systems for better team alignment Gain confidence in your new leadership position
I’m also open to async questions if you’re not ready for a call, happy to support however works best for you. ✨
