How to define an ambitious product vision and how to best communicate it to stakeholders?

Creating a product vision

As a Product Specialist at Symphony, I have led diverse projects, primarily in the music industry, focusing on digital music streaming platforms and back-office optimizations. My experience spans various sectors, including premium goods operations, where I streamline processes with innovative software solutions. I manage projects from ideation through the entire product development lifecycle, requiring a strategic blend of creativity, logical reasoning, and innovative thinking to drive successful outcomes.

As a principal product designer at Symphony, I specialize in designing digital products for the music industry. I have extensive experience working with clients from all over the world, delivering innovative and impactful solutions.

Symphony is a trusted partner and preferred vendor of Google Ventures, pioneering a partnership model that delivers ambitious digital projects for some of the most influential companies. Our impressive client list includes some of the most admired brands of 2020, as well as visionary founders in the music industry. Our team has collaborated with clients who were educated at renowned institutions such as MIT, Stanford, and Harvard, and trained at major tech companies like Facebook and Amazon.

During my tenure as a mentor at Design Lab, I guided students from diverse backgrounds in the US through comprehensive UX and UI design courses. I provided personalized tutoring on various subjects related to UX/UI design, ensuring a solid understanding of design principles and practices. Additionally, I offered career support by assisting them in navigating the job search environment. My efforts resulted in many students successfully securing their first jobs as product designers upon completing the Design Lab Academy, demonstrating my effectiveness in both educational and career mentoring.
