Developed product visions, strategies, and roadmaps in close collaboration with product, engineering, and C-suite leaders. Led multiple design teams to improve usability, conversion rates, and retention. Implemented sharable products for auctions, shipping, and payments, overhauled the auction cataloging app, and scaled a design team to create a design system for multiple brands, uplifting outdated brands. Built a design team from scratch and expanded capabilities, including user research and testing. Facilitated a team culture focused on growth and collaboration and created a mentorship and support network with essential partners throughout the company.

Led the design modernization and consolidation of over thirty-ﬁve integrated products used by underwriters and ﬁnancial representatives. Built a culture of cross-discipline collaboration by defining product processes in partnership with over ﬁfteen key directors, leads, and ICs in engineering and product management. Led a team to create product copy rules and guidelines, and drive design system adoption by implementing new processes, tools, and models for design and engineering community contribution and communication.

Led team of visual and UX designers and developers in building award-winning app, PwC 365, for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Led re-branding effort for Samsung’s new luxury line of products and created storytelling concept for product pages on Samsung’s e-commerce site. Created winning concepts for pitch work for Southwest Airlines, Verizon, Toyota, and Abercrombie & Fitch. Managed and mentored multiple levels of staff. Developed responsive designs for iPad, iPhone, and Android apps in close partnership with development team. Presented work to clients and led projects from research and concept through ﬁnal production.

Created websites, apps, campaigns, and branding work. Led re-branding projects for IHG, SlimFast, Time Warner Cable, and Nestlé. Provided art direction for pitches to clients including Avon, InterContinental Hotels Group, SlimFast, and TD Ameritrade.

Lead design teams and provide product design and e-commerce strategy, UX/UI, research, design systems, and branding work for start ups and digital agencies including Deloitte Digital, Publicis Sapient, Greenstone, and Inamoto & Co. Collaborate with cross functional team leads, founders and C-suite leaders. Past projects span high-profile clients including Tiffany & Co., Michael Kors, Uniqlo, Local Motors, Redbull, and Paypal.
