I lead research for Stripe's in-person payment solutions including hardware, software, documentation, integration, and dashboard experiences.

I worked with the co-founders and lead product and technical folks at two startup B2B companies: AppLand & Immuta. I helped both of these companies establish UXR and product analytics practices and supported their efforts for growth.

I was a member of the UX leadership team (Design, UXR, & UX Writing) at Akamai and managed a team of UXRs & product analysts and lead research on our web and security product portfolio.

I led research across a variety of products at Optum (part of UHG). I managed our usability lab in the Boston office and mentored and trained new researchers.
