I am a medical doctor turned engineering leader. I am interested in applying my interdisciplinary skill set in medicine and information technology to improve patient outcomes. I find tremendous joy in architecting scalable technical solutions for real-world healthcare challenges.
In my previous role as the Associate Director for Platform Engineering at Avegen, I coached and mentored managers and individual contributors to build a high-performing engineering team. I have led cross-functional teams throughout the entire product lifecycle.
